To Celebrate the Society’s 15th Anniversary, Miggy has organised a ‘Photo Safari’ – see details below, or contact Miggy for more details.
Images for the August topic ‘Long Exposure’ are now posted in the Lockdown 2020/21 Gallery.
The Committee are pleased to announce that our September meeting will be our first face to face meeting since COVID restrictions were lifted. Our own Andreas Klatt will be talking to us about China, and we hope, subject to a test, to be able to make this a hybrid event, where we also broadcast using Zoom. Note, we will now be meeting at the Adderbury Institute. Check the website and monthly newsletter for all the latest news.
Our Club Night page has been updated with the latest additions to our calendar of planned presentations. Please note that some are noted as being at the Adderbury Institute, where we are hoping to return in September. These are subject to government regulations applicable at the time, so keep checking the website and members newsletters.
Important update for your calendar. Please note that the Zoom slideshow evening has been postponed by 7 days to 23rd June 2021. We apologise for any inconvenience
Our topic for April was “Black and White”. Members were also asked to submit the original colour version, so that we could compare and discuss at our monthly Zoom meeting. There was much debate with some images as to whether members preferred the converted image, or it’s original colour version. Image are now online in our Gallery > Lockdown 2020/21 section.
