Photo Hunt 2026

Miggy and Pete Wild have organised a members Photo Hunt on September 13th, 2026, taking in a varied range of events from Ancient History, to sports action. This year’s hunt is directed with instructions and a map but not questions as you go round. When you get to the chosen destinations there will be opportunities to take photographs.    There will be places to eat and drink en route, however having a picnic would be fun too. Deddington Exhibition

Our first exhibition of the year will be at the Deddington farmers market, on Saturday 22nd June, 2024 from 9-12.30. Come along and see our images. We can be found in the ‘Living Room’ inside the Church.

Best 3 images of 2021

Each year, members are asked to submit their best, or favourite three images of the previous year. Traditionally, these form part of our first Society meeting of the year in January. However, this year, it was decided to make this the second half of our AGM meeting, which is our April meeting. These images are now online in the Gallery section of the website, under ‘Best of’

Diary dates for March

In March, we have the following Zoom events for members: March 3rd – Nathan Barry presents ‘Natural Achievements through Lightroom’. An ‘live’ Lightroom editing demonstration March 10th – ‘Ask the Panel’ – 4 experienced members will answer your photography questions in the first half, and constructively critique images in the second half March 17th – Out Monthly Topic ‘Vintage’ slideshow

Special Announcement – Society meeting postponements

In light of the situation we are all in with the Coronavirus we, as a Committee, have postponed until further notice, the next workshop with Jim Muller at Adderbury Institute next week and also the AGM on April 1st at the Cartwright Arms. We have considered the health and safety of all of our members and feel this is the right thing to do until the pandemic has passed.
