November's presentation will be by ADDPS member Lindsey Smith - Scotland's Wildlife and Landscape This will be followed by our Monthly Topic - On One Leg

In December, long standing member, and former committee member Martyn Pearse will be presenting to us 'The People and Places of Rajasthan This will be followed by our monthly topic "Serendipity"

IMPORTANT - We normally meet on the first Wednesday of every month, but as this falls on New Years Day, we will be meeting on 8th January instead. In January, we traditionally hold a members evening, where we submit our favourite 3 images from the previous year. This year, we hope to host members of Kidlington Camera Club, reciprocating them hosting us at a meeting in 2024.

Our presentation for February will be from Tina Hadley, "A Lifetime of Photography" The monthly topic is to be announced.

Our presentation for March will be from ADDPS Member Kim Benson, entitled "2024: Travel & Techniques" The monthly topic is "Circles, Ellipses and Curves"

April club night will be our AGM, where the Society accounts and any pressing matters will be presented to members. Any vacant officer positions will be filled by election of nominated persons. Traditionally, following the AGM, we have our 'What is it' quiz. Members are invited to take candid images of everyday objects to get us all guessing. More details to follow in the members newsletter.

Our presentation for May will be from Kate Berry, entitled "Journalism to Landscapes" The monthly topic is "Close to Home"

Our presentation for June will be from Jem Wilton, entitled "My Path to Wet Plate Photography via Fleet Street" Jem's talk will include a demonstration of Wet Plate Photography The monthly topic is "Documentary"

Our presentation for July will be from Jet Black Squares, entitled "Smartphone Photography" The monthly topic is "In The Air"

Our presentation for August will be from Monica Doshi, entitled "Monica on Tour" The monthly topic is "Trio" Visitor charge - £7.00

Our presentation for September will be from Alistair How, entitled "Sport Photography" The monthly topic is "Something Broken" Visitor Charge - £7.00

Our speaker for October is Huw Alban, with his presentation 'That's not a Landscape Photograph!" This will be followed by our Monthly Topic - Shadows

Visiting us in November is Dianne Berridge, a local photographer and renowned photo-restorer. She will be showing us her work and techniques This will be followed by our Monthly Topic - Animals

New club member Bob Bracher is our speaker for December. His topic is 'Self Indulgent' This will be followed by our Monthly Topic - Black & White

January's meeting is traditionally 'Club Night' You are invited to send in your favourite 3 images from 2025 and we will show these on the night where you will be invited to tell us why you chose the images.

February's meeting will be Roger Hance joining us by Zoom, to talk to us about 'Attracting Birds' Our Monthly topic is 'Bridges'

March's meeting will be Nicholas Posner, to talk to us about 'Forty Years of Celebrity Portraiture' Our Monthly topic is 'Machines'
